Mr. Frank Genco Joins Crisis1, LLC

Reston, VA – Crisis1 is pleased to welcome Mr. Frank Genco to our leadership team.  Frank is serving as the Senior Vice President for Strategic Planning and Business Optimization service lines.

Frank is a military veteran with over 30 years of experience in business process transformation, organizational development, internal audit, program/portfolio management, business continuity, risk mitigation planning and business development in the Commercial, Federal, State, and local markets.  He has proven to be extremely effective in business process optimization, internal audit, and risk mitigation on national and global scale.

Frank is a graduate of the United States Coast Guard Academy with a BS in Economics as well as a MS in Aeronautical Engineering and a MBA.  He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Business Intelligence Professional, and Project Management Professional specializing in corporate strategic planning, EVM/Portfolio Management, and catastrophic response/contingency planning processes/policies.  As a result of his vast experience and credentials, he has testified to both House and Senate DHS Committees on DHS and Emergency Management issues facing the nation as well as lectured at the university level.
